Chef Song Park
Mr. Park is a Sushi Professional who stepped into this field at age 10 and has more than 30 years of experience. Mr. Park immigrated to USA in 1985 and worked in several Japanese restaurants as a chef in California, then established his own business called ‘Giyo’ in Pioneer, CA in 1989 and has been successful for years.
He was introduced in ‘Taste-Press-Telegram’, well known food critic newspaper in Nov. 8th 1998 and also appeared in Orange County Newspaper in Oct. 19th 2000.
